ضمن سعيها لتطوير العاملين في الجهات الخيرية بشرورة أقامت بر شرورة دروتين في التميز الوظيفي بدعم مشكور و معهود من بنك الجزيرة .
وقد أقيمت الدورتين يومي الأربعاء و الخميس الموافق الرابع والخامس من شهر شعبان لعام 1437هـ وقد استفاد من هذه الدورات قرابة 30 متدربا، وتحرص الجمعية على إقامة مثل هذه البرامج لإيمانها بأهمية التدريب في رفع الكفاءة و الإنتاجية لدى الموظفين .
هذا وأعرب المتدربون عن شكرهم لجمعية البر و لبنك الجزيرة على تنظيمهما لمثل هذه الدورات ذات الأثر الملموس مطالبين بالمزيد من هذه الدورات.
